Dora Wong
Dora Wong joined 4over, Inc. in 2008. She is the Vice President of Human Resources and is responsible for providing and directing HR leadership and direction to support business growth as a collaborative and strategic hands-on partner to senior leadership and advisor to staff.
Ms. Wong is a Human Resource practitioner with more than 25 years of multi-state senior level experience in a vast range of industries from both the profit and not-for profit sectors inclusive of manufacturing, gaming & hospitality, real estate development, academia, law, government, and healthcare. Ms. Wong is also a part-time faculty member at the Tseng College of Business at Cal State University, Northridge.
Ms. Wong has earned both distinguished SPHR and GPHR certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), holds a BA degree from the City University of New York, Bernard Baruch College in HRM and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
