Mr. Cohen is the Executive Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Consolidated Graphics, Inc. (NYSE: CGX), the leading sheet fed, web and digital printing company in the United States, with 70 locations including in Canada, central Europe and Asia. During Mr. Cohen’s tenure with the company, Consolidated Graphics has grown by over 30% as a result of acquisitions. In recognition of his contributions to the printing industry, Mr. Cohen was inducted into the National Association of Printing Leadership’s Soderstrom Society, the honorary society that recognizes outstanding contributions of service and leadership in printing.
Previously, Mr. Cohen was a Managing Director and member of the investment committee of Main Street Equity Ventures, a Houston based private equity fund that specialized in industry consolidations. Mr. Cohen's prior experience also includes practicing corporate law in New York and London with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and practicing corporate law in Houston with Baker Botts LLP. Mr. Cohen began his career as a financial analyst with Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York.
Mr. Cohen is an honors graduate of Princeton University and received his JD degree from NYU School of Law.
