SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
FILING PERIOD: January 15 - May 15. Award will be provided for the fall academic year.
HOW TO APPLY: Submit 10 sets (copies) of your application to:

DEADLINE: 10 sets of ALL application materials must be postmarked by May 15.
Failure to include ten sets of your application, any section of the application or exceeding the maximum page limits will result in disqualification of your application. EDSF will not photocopy single copies of applications or supporting material.
