  The document communications industry is working hard to attract the best and brightest talent. To help build our industry's future workforce, EDSF is working with academic institutions in their high school recruitment efforts to educate schools, parents and students about the wonderful opportunities our industry offers.

  To that end, EDSF created a brochure designed specifically for use at the high school level entitled Multimedia Communications - Imagine Your Future: Careers that Blend Technology with Creativity. This brochure helps create an awareness of this dynamic industry and the exciting opportunities available to students, and helps us in attracting even more young, qualified people to the industry.

How to Use

For best results, we recommend that you:

• Print and provide the brochure to your admission's department for inclusion in college admissions packets that are mailed to prospective students and parents

• Print and distribute the brochure to high schools and community colleges within your geographic area

• Add a personal cover letter with the brochure and distribute to your list used for recruiting

• Distribute the brochure during career days

• Include your students in the production process - have a class or a student team produce the brochure as a special project

• Add the brochure PDF to your school's web site

• Add your college/university logo to the back of the brochure

• Place a copy in the library a guidance or career office
